Update: PHerc. 1447 candidate gains model-agreement and background checks

The signal-versus-noise discussion now includes quantitative checks on a C-shaped candidate in PHerc. 1447 segment 20250702235910. A contributor reports agreement between v8-in, trained without this scroll, and two ink_9um seeds, alongside seven background controls and comparisons with existing ink-label shapes. Reported arc-versus-background AUC values range from 0.91 to 0.96. The same analysis documents a missing connection to the upper arc and another compact region marked about as strongly as the candidate. Size and curvature comparisons do not identify a letter. This adds measurements and explicit limitations to the earlier caution, not a confirmed decipherment; the attached imagery was not independently inspected for this edition.
